The “Undur Khutul” apartment complex was commissioned by our company in October 2016. This apartment complex has network connections for central heating, sewage, water, electricity, and is powered by transformer station owned by the apartment complex. A heat retention system and water reserve is installed, as well as two elevators. The complex has 25 parking spaces in an underground, heated garage, over 40 outdoor parking spaces, four service squares on the ground floor, a playground, and recreation area. The complex is conveniently located near a school, kindergarten, state hospital, super-markets, and banks. Every apartment has a sunny window and convenient entrances and exits. The apartments are comfortable, warm, and insulated from noise, and secured by concrete perimeter wall around the complex. The plan for the apartment complex was created by “Genday Engineering” LLC, and the construction work, interior, cable network, and other contracted work has executed by professional construction companies and teams. There are studios (31.1 x 32.5 m2), and bedrooms apartments (40.2 m2, 40.8 m2, or 44.3 m2) available, most suitable for middle class and young families.

We learned from our previous experience, that steel pipes used for internal heating had problems with leaking, and bending due to high pressure, and instead used high-tech, high pressure resistant PPR plastic pipe. We are selling “Undur Khutul”   apartments 1.450.000-1.580.000 per m2, and we have 2.739 m2 for 69 apartments and 224 m2 for four service centers still available for purchase. Clients who have purchased an apartment can move in providing notarized real estate certificate.
